Surrogacy Consultation- 
60 minute consultation over the phone or video that covers:

When you bring a match


-Initial 1-hour meeting via phone or Zoom including materials for you and your surrogate outlining the matching process.  
 
-Parents will complete an intake form so we can get more information about you, where you are at in your journey, what you are looking for in a surrogate, and more.  
 
- Thorough surrogate screening. Surrogates will complete an intake form to verify that the surrogate meets the general requirements of your fertility clinic, to learn more about that surrogate's family life and support team, and general matching questions to verify the surrogate will be a good match.

- When both parties are interested in meeting, we will facilitate a video conference for the intended parents and surrogate to meet. We will assist with the meeting and also give the parents and surrogate a chance to chat freely.

- Assistance with the financial fee sheet. I will speak to the intended parents and the surrogate and go over the fee sheet so that everyone is in agreement with the base comp, monthly expense allowance, transfer fee, childcare expenses, etc. 

-Assisting with the gathering of the medical/pregnancy records from your surrogates OB/Midwife 

- Once the parent's fertility clinic reviews the surrogates medical records and clears the surrogate to begin the surrogacy process, services will end. 

Full Support Package - $7,000) 
(If you bring a match, it is discounted to $6,500)


- Our 90 minute consultation package over the phone or video chat (See above package for details)

- Our Match and Go package (See above package for details) 

-Assistance with finding a psychologist for the mental health screen 

-Helping with health, life, and disability policies if needed 

-Provide resources for an attorney for you and your surrogate  

-Being available for embryo transfers and other appointments (for an additional fee)  

-Coordinating and/or locating a RE/clinic to work with the surrogate arrangement (in the case of a satellite office if needed) 

-Provide recommendations for an Escrow company

- $500 discount if you bring a potential match. 


-Services will end after a successful heartbeat confirmation.  I do NOT tell you "Good luck" and walk away, just from personal experience, my services are typically not needed once pregnancy is achieved. I have continued to stay in touch and assist my clients throughout the pregnancy.




Additional Services A La Carte: 

-Background check  $200 (Referred out to a professional agency that performs background checks) 

-Birth Plan Services: I highly recommend that the IP and GC talk about/create a birth plan, together. It is a great opportunity for the IP and GC to discuss everyone's wishes when it comes to labor/delivery. I refer my clients to a wonderful Doula that I have used for my personal journeys and highly recommend. Inquire about pricing. 

-Pregnancy  support  $1,800
       -Biweekly check-ins throughout the pregnancy and for the first 8 weeks after the birth via email or telephone)
